These website terms govern your use of saillabs.in. A project proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, or other signed document will govern any paid engagement with SAIL Labs and will take priority if it conflicts with these website terms.
You may browse and use this website for lawful business and informational purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the website, gain unauthorised access, probe security controls, introduce malicious code, scrape the website in a way that impairs service, or use its content to misrepresent an association with SAIL Labs.
We aim to keep the website accurate and useful, but service descriptions are general information rather than a binding offer. Capabilities, technologies, timelines, availability, and pricing are confirmed only in a written proposal or agreement. Illustrative interfaces and concept work are identified as such and should not be read as undisclosed client endorsements.
Every project depends on its agreed scope, milestones, fees, responsibilities, acceptance process, and support terms. You are responsible for providing timely, accurate information, lawful materials, necessary approvals, and access required to deliver the work. Changes outside the agreed scope may affect fees and timelines.
SAIL Labs owns this website, its original design system, text, code, graphics, and brand assets unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce, resell, publish, or create derivative commercial material from them without written permission.
Ownership and licence rights for client deliverables are defined in the applicable project agreement. Third-party software, fonts, libraries, platforms, and stock assets remain subject to their own licences.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for any content, data, trademarks, images, credentials, or other materials you provide to us. You remain responsible for their legality, accuracy, and continued use unless a written agreement says otherwise.
Do not send passwords, secret keys, payment-card information, or highly sensitive personal data through the general contact form. Project credentials should be shared only through an agreed secure channel. Confidentiality obligations for a project are governed by the relevant written agreement.
Projects and this website may rely on third-party hosting, APIs, artificial-intelligence models, analytics, communication tools, app stores, payment services, or other platforms. Their availability, pricing, policies, and performance are outside our direct control and may be governed by separate terms.
We commit to the work and standards described in the relevant agreement, but we do not guarantee rankings, revenue, conversion rates, platform approval, uninterrupted third-party services, or a particular commercial result unless that guarantee is expressly written into a signed agreement.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SAIL Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising solely from use of this public website. Liability connected to paid services is governed by the applicable signed agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may restrict website access where reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, legal rights, or service availability. Either party’s right to suspend or terminate a paid engagement is set out in the relevant agreement.
These website terms are governed by the laws of India. The governing law, dispute process, and venue for a paid engagement will be stated in its signed agreement.
