When you submit the contact form, we may collect your name, email address, company, requested service, budget range, timeline, message, source page, and browser user-agent. For abuse prevention, the website uses a short-lived keyed counter derived from connection information; the raw IP address is not stored with new enquiries or in that counter. If you become a client, we may also receive information required to scope, deliver, support, and bill for the agreed work.
Our privacy-conscious website analytics may record the page visited, an external referrer, a broad device category, and the time of the visit. This website does not use advertising cookies or behavioural tracking.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use contact-form information for unrelated advertising.
The public website stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser using local storage. The administration area uses a strictly necessary, secure session cookie for authenticated access. Our first-party page-view analytics does not use cookies.

No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, medical records, or other highly sensitive information through the general contact form.
Subject to applicable law, you may ask whether we hold personal information about you, request access or correction, ask for deletion, withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, or raise a grievance. Some information may need to be retained where law or legitimate record-keeping requires it.
