11. Liability
Each party’s aggregate liability under this agreement will remain subject to the agreed commercial cap, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
12. Termination

The approved playbook contains a different notice position. Commercial context and negotiating intent must be confirmed before any proposed revision.
13. Data retention
Records created while delivering the services will be retained in line with the applicable schedule and documented customer instructions.
